Emma Marsh
Owner / Manager / Child Protection Officer/Equal Opportunities Officer
Emma designed and opened the nursery in 2003. Before that she worked as a manager at a local nursery and pre-school and set up an after school and holiday club.
She lives opposite the nursery with her husband Paul, son George and daughter Molly May. George attends the Nursery.
Emma holds recognised qualifications in childcare and management, and is studying for her Early Years foundation degree and a level 5 management course.
Sue Daniels
Day Manager / Forest School Leader
Health and Safety Officer / Child Protection Officer / Equal Opportunities Officer
Sue joined the team in 2008 working five days a week; she now manages the nursery on a day to day basis. Sue has one grandson and enjoys the outdoors, walking and spending time with her family. Sue is level 4 qualified in childcare and a level 3 management qualification. Sue is also working towards her foundation degree in early years childcare.
Sarah (Sas)
Early years practitioner / Forest school leader.
Sarah has two teenage children, she enjoys getting out in the garden and spending time in the outdoors. Sarah who is also known as Sas has been at the nursery since 2008 and holds a relevant level 3 childcare qualification ans is one of the Forest school leaders.
Rosie G.
Early years practitioner
Rosie has a level 3 qualification and has just completed her course and is now working for us full time.
Sal
Baby room Early Years Practitioner.
Sal has been with us since 2004. Sal is a full time member of staff. Mother of four and grandmother of four. Her daughter Emily works alongside her in the baby room. She enjoys walking going to the theatre and out for meals with her partner and family.
Sal has her recognised level 3 childcare qualification.
Emily
Baby Room Leader.
Emily has been at the nursery since 2003. She has two lovely children Jake aged 5yrs and Evie aged 2yrs. She enjoys being with her children, going for walks on the beach and shopping for clothes not groceries! Emily has a recognised level three qualification in childcare.
Kelly
Baby room Early Years Practitioner.
Kelly is a full time member of staff and is undergoing her foundation degree whilst working at the setting.
Kelly enjoys spending time with her young niece Molly, socialising with family and friends, shopping and playing football. Kelly is qualified to a level 4 NVQ.
Rosie A.
Baby Room Nursery Assistant.
Rosie lives with her husband Trevor, has 2 children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys walking, cycling, eating out and dancing.
Evie
Early years practitioner.
Evie works here three days a week and has a recognised qualification in childcare.
She lives with her husband Nick and helps him on the farm and with his Carp business, she is expecting their first child in March.
Tori
Early years practitioner.
Tori has been with us for two years.
Ellen
Main room leader / Forest school assistant.
Ellen has been working at the nursery for the last four years and has a recognised level 3 qualification in childcare. Ellen is a full time member of staff. She has recently got married to her partner of 7 yrs, she enjoys horse riding, walking in the countryside, animals and family life.
Rebecca
Early years practitioner.
Rebecca has a level 3 qualification and has just completed her course and is now working for us full time.
Debz
Early years practitioner.
Debz is level 4 qualified and currently studying for her Ba hons degree in early years. In her spare time she enjoys walking her two dogs with her partner and caring for her other six animals. She especially enjoys visiting the zoo.
Jo
Early years practitioner.
Jo is level 3 qualified in childcare. Jo loves spending time with her family and friends especially her boyfriend and his little girl.
She also enjoys spending lots of time on the beach having BBQ’s.
Kerrie
Early years practitioner.
Kerrie is level 3 qualified in childcare. she is very family orientated and loves spending time with her young nephew. Kerrie also likes to spend time at the beach.
Jayne
Cook.
Jayne is our fantastic cook who uses all local ingredients including home grown vegetables from our garden.
Jayne has 2 children and 1 grandson who are all involved in Strawberry patch life.
