Welcome to The Strawberry Patch Nursery website. Here you can find useful information about our nursery and staff.
The unique name for our children’s nursery was inspired from the foundations upon which it was built – an old strawberry patch. You can find us in a secluded part of a small village called ‘Hempstead’ just outside Holt.
We operate from a purpose built log style cabin building, which we extended in 2005, located on a retired family farm, where the children get first hand experiences in a safe environment.

Both our daughters have thrived at Strawberry Patch. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and most importantly, the staff are all so sensitive to the needs of each individual child.
The communication between the nursery and parents is excellent, and this has been so reassuring during the pandemic, with so much consideration, care and attention being given to ensure the safety of all who attend. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Strawberry Patch.”
It is such a relief finding Strawberry Patch, a place where we have no worries or concerns leaving our son. Our son loves going and he runs in with a massive smile every time.
We love the variety of activities and the amount of time and space outside. He has developed so much since being at Strawberry Patch. All the ladies are so kind, caring and brilliant – with all the updates and photos on Tapestry, we know our youngest son will love it too.
